Thank you to all of the water systems and utilities that participated in the 2022 Annual Utility Rate Survey! The responses are being compiled, and the complimentary booklets will be delivered later this summer.
Each year, AE2S conducts a survey of water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste utility rates for cities and rural/regional water systems. The survey is conducted both as support for ongoing revenue adequacy, cost of service, and rate planning analyses underway by AE2S Nexus and as a planning resource for participating communities.
Rate survey participants have indicated that the survey report is an invaluable tool for utility and finance managers to use when discussing rates with policy makers and constituents.
