Will you participate in the 23rd Annual Utility Rate Survey questionnaire? The deadline to respond to the digital and print versions of the survey is May 1, 2023.
Each year, AE2S conducts a survey of water, wastewater, stormwater, and solid waste utility rates throughout the region. Two unique reports are prepared based on community population. One is for communities with populations of 1,000 to 4,999 and Regional/Rural Water Systems. The second is for communities with populations of 5,000 and greater. Many utilities find the results of the annual survey to be a useful planning resource in support of ongoing revenue adequacy, cost of service, and utility rate planning efforts. Rate survey participants have also indicated that the survey report is an invaluable tool for utility and finance managers to use when discussing rates with policy makers and constituents.
All survey participants will receive a complimentary copy of the 2023 Annual Utility Rate Survey later this year.
